What is Whole30?
You have probably been seeing Whole30 recipes and testimonials all over Facebook, Pinterest, and blogs, but do you actually know what it means? Whole30 is a 30-day diet that eliminates all added sugar, gluten, grains, legumes, dairy, alcohol, carrageenan, MSG, and sulfites. After 30 days, you can start reintroducing these foods to your diet…or not!
During your Whole30, you are also not to weigh yourself on a scale or take body measurements; this is so you focus on how food makes you FEEL, rather than solely using the diet to lose weight.
The purpose of Whole30 is to, essentially, reset your body.
