A majority of low-carb, keto, and paleo baked good and dessert recipes involve a variety of nut-containing ingredients, which can make it difficult for those with a nut allergy or nut intolerance to safely enjoy a sweet treat! As someone who was recently diagnosed with a nut allergy, I wanted to compile and share a list of some of the best ketogenic and nut-free dessert recipes available online!

Delicious and Affordable Nut-free Dessert Recipes

While a nut-free ketogenic diet may seem restrictive and difficult to follow, with the right mixture of ingredients, it is actually quite flexible and full of delicious food! In many of these recipes, coconut ingredients are used, which results in a delicious, wholesome flavor.

If you are new to nut-free keto, I suggest stocking your pantry with coconut flour, shredded coconut, and coconut oil, all of which are incredibly affordable and utilized in many of the recipes compiled in this list.
