There are several berries that you can incorporate in your dishes, but my top four are blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries mainly because I like how they taste, plus they’re much easier to find.

On average, how many berries can you eat while on keto?

A half-cup of blackberries or raspberries only has about 4g of net carbs. Depending on the type of berries, your daily macro budget, and personal dietary requirements, it’s okay to eat a 3/4 cup to 1/2 a cup of berries a day.

What happens when you eat berries everyday?
