Everything Bagel Mini Pepper Boats
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 5 mini sweet peppers
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup 28g finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp, 13g Salt-Free Everything Bagel Seasoning, divided
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to de-grease, then crumble into pieces.
- Slice peppers in half lengthwise and de-seed.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and 1 tbsp seasoning. Spoon and flatten mixture into each individual pepper. Sprinkle on remaining 1 tsp seasoning and crumbled bacon.
