If you are looking to substitute any of the ingredients, the only ingredient substitution that I have personally successfully tested is:
Ground Chicken Breast Substitution: If you do not like ground chicken breast or do not have any on-hand, ground turkey or ground chicken thighs can be used in place of ground chicken at a 1:1 ratio. If you are having trouble locating ground chicken thighs at your grocery store, ask your deli counter or butcher, as they will likely be able to grind some thighs for you.
