How to make 90-second low-carb bread
Melt butter in a shallow ceramic bowl, about 30-45 seconds.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together ground sunflower seed meal, ground flax seeds, baking powder, and salt. Pour dry ingredient mixture into melted butter and whisk together. Add egg and whisk again.

Using a rubber spatula, spread mixture into even layer.

Transfer bowl to microwave and microwave on high for 90 seconds.

After cooking, allow to cool slightly before, using a knife, loosening edges of bread from bowl. Then, flip bowl upside down so bread can fall out. Using a serrated knife, slice into 2 pieces.
