How to make lemon garlic spinach
In a very large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, heat oil. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add spinach, salt, and pepper then cover pot with lid and cook until spinach has slightly wilted, about 1 ½ minutes.
Remove lid, stir in lemon juice, and cook uncovered until spinach has fully wilted, about an additional 30 seconds.
Using tongs, transfer spinach to a bowl and garnish with red pepper flakes and freshly-cracked black pepper.

- 12 cups ~336g fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp 15g minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice

- ⅛ tsp freshly-cracked pepper
