How to make keto spicy candied bacon
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place wire rack atop baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

- 10 oz bacon, ~8-12 slices, depending on thickness
- ¼ cup + 2 tsp, 56g allulose
- ¼-½ tsp ground cayenne pepper, depending on spice preference (I personally use ¼ tsp)
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp ground white pepper
