- 1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
- 8 pitted dates, chopped evenly into thirds
- 24 toothpicks
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

- Place slice of water chestnut and piece of date on bacon, roll bacon, and secure with toothpick.
