Low-Carb Radish Chips
These Low-Carb Radish Chips are a delicious keto-friendly and dairy-free snack that can be made and served in less than 30 minutes! Thinly slice and bake radishes to yield a crunchy and salty chip that is perfect for snacking.

- 1 lb radishes
- 2 tbsp 30mL avocado oil
- Pinch of salt
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Thinly slice all radishes. Then, using a paper towel, blot radish slices to remove any excess moisture. Transfer radishes to mixing bowl, add avocado oil, and toss until radishes are coated.
Place radish slices in even layer atop prepared baking sheet, then lightly sprinkle radishes with salt.
Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake for 15 minutes, rotating radishes around baking sheet every 5-7 minutes. (Keep in mind that radishes in center of baking sheet will cook faster than outer edges.)
Remove baking sheet from oven and serve chips immediately with a garnish of chopped fresh or dried parsley.
