Keto Golden Smoothie

- ¼ cup 60g canned coconut cream
- 1 scoop 10g MCT oil powder
- 1 tbsp ~7g freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp 12g golden monk fruit sweetener
- ¾ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp 3 oz cup water, divided
To a high-speed blender, add all ingredients excluding water. After all ingredients are added to blender and before turning blender on, pour in ¼ cup (2 oz) water and pulse until well-combined.
Remove blender lid, pour in remaining 2 tbsp (1 oz) water, and blend again.
Coconut Substitution: For a coconut-free version, altogether omit the MCT oil powder and substitute heavy cream in for canned coconut cream at a 1:1 ratio. Note that the nutrition facts will change if you do this.
Storage: Store smoothie in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2 days.
