Ingredients

  • ¼ cup canned coconut cream
  • 1 scoop MCT oil powder
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon golden monk fruit sweetener
  • ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 6 tablespoons water divided

Instructions

  • To a high-speed blender, add all ingredients excluding water. After all ingredients are added to blender and before turning blender on, pour in ¼ cup water and pulse until well-combined.
  • Remove blender lid, pour in remaining 2 Tablespoons water, and blend again.

Notes

Coconut Substitution: For a coconut-free version, altogether omit the MCT oil powder and substitute heavy cream in for canned coconut cream at a 1:1 ratio. Note that the nutrition facts will change if you do this.
Storage: Store smoothie in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2 days.
