Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup 360mL coconut milk from a container
  • 1 cup ~28g fresh spinach
  • ¾ cup 105g frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon 5mL coconut oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ~5g gelatin powder, optional, but suggested
  • ¼ teaspoon powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
  • Serve in glasses and enjoy!
