- 1 ½ cup 360mL coconut milk from a container
- 1 cup ~28g fresh spinach
- ¾ cup 105g frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon 5mL coconut oil
- 1 ½ teaspoon ~5g gelatin powder, optional, but suggested
- ¼ teaspoon powdered monk fruit sweetener
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
Serve in glasses and enjoy!
