Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Olive Oil Lemon Juice Ground Cumin Lemon Zest Paprika Black Pepper Garlic Powder Onion Powder Salt Turmeric Ground Cayenne Pepper Cinnamon Fresh Parsley or Dill

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.

Combine the shawarma marinade ingredients in a bowl or a storage baggie. Marinate for at least 2 hours (or ideally for 6-8 hours).

After marinating, thread the chicken breasts onto metal skewers until you have 3 equal servings

Bake the kebabs until cooked through and golden, flipping the chicken halfway through.

Let the kebabs rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
