Add pumpkin puree and cream cheese to a bowl.
Mix together the pumpkin and cream cheese until creamy then add in the remaining ingredients and mix again until smooth. Cover the bowl then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill.
Spoon the chilled cheesecake fluff into jars or bowls, sprinkle some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top, and serve.
