Ingredients

Canned Salmon Eggs Ground Pork Rinds Jalapeño Mayonnaise Garlic Powder Dried Dill Cayenne Pepper Salt Red Pepper Flakes Pepper Avocado Oil Lemon Juice Mustard Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Zest

In a mixing bowl, combine salmon patty ingredients.

Form the patties into 24 equal-sized balls and then gently press down to flatten them.

Cook 4-6 patties at a time in a hot, oiled pan on each side until golden brown.

Continue process until all patties are cooked.

In a small bowl, stir together ingredients to prepare Lemon Dill Aioli.

Serve the mini salmon patties with the prepared aioli on the side or drizzled on top and add optional garnishes as desired.
