Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
Heat some oil and cook the chicken until golden on each side. Transfer the cooked chicken once done.
Reduce the heat and add more oil. Cook the onion until soft, then add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken stock and simmer until reduced. Add heavy whipping cream and simmer for a minute. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt.
Add the cooked chicken and simmer to thicken the sauce.
Garnish the dish with parsley and freshly cracked pepper before serving.
