Baked Tomatoes

with Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

Roma Tomatoes Parmesan Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Fresh Basil Italian Seasoning Salt Cracked Pepper Avocado Oil

Top the sliced tomatoes with almost all of the Parmesan and then all of the mozzarella.

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan, chopped basil and seasonings on top before drizzling on oil.

Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, which should take about 10-12 minutes.

Broil until the cheese is golden, watching carefully to ensure it does not burn.

Allow the tomatoes to cool slightly, then serve with an additional sprinkle of pepper.
