Baked Tomatoes

With Parmesan And Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

Roma Tomatoes Shredded Parmesan Cheese Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Chopped Fresh Basil Italian Seasoning Salt Pepper Avocado Oil

Place each sliced tomato on a parchment paper-lined pan with some of the shredded Parmesan, then the shredded mozzarella, then the remaining shredded Parmesan. Sprinkle on chopped basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper before drizzling on oil.

Bake the tomatoes in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Transfer the baking sheet to the top rack of the oven, turn on the oven broiler, then broil until the cheese is golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Garnish the tomatoes with an additional sprinkle of pepper, then serve.
