Turkey Meatballs

Coconut Curry Thai 

Ingredients

Ground Turkey Egg Coconut Flour Garlic Parsley Green Onions Coconut Aminos Curry Powder Salt Pepper Red Pepper Flakes Coconut Oil White Onion Ginger Coconut Milk Chicken Broth Red Curry Paste Sesame Oil Fish Sauce Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener Basil Cilantro

In a mixing bowl, mix together all of the meatball ingredients until fully incorporated.

Roll the meatball mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake the meatballs in the oven until the internal temperature of the meatballs has reached 165 degrees.

In a hot, oiled pan, sauté the onion until soft before adding in some garlic and ginger. To the pan, add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir to combine. Reduce the stovetop heat to low and simmer the sauce until thickened.

Once they have finished baking, transfer the cooked meatballs from the baking sheet to the prepared sauce. Coat the meatballs in the sauce before serving.

Garnish with chopped fresh basil, fresh cilantro, and/or fresh parsley.
