Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup cooked bacon chopped
  • ¾ cup chicken cooked chopped
  • 4 tortillas 10-inch

Instructions

  • Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, cooked chicken, bacon, and parsley. Mix until smooth and thick enough to spread.
  • Spread the tortillas: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of filling, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
  • Roll and chill: Roll the tortilla snugly into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This firms up the filling and makes slicing easier. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Slice and serve: Unwrap and cut into 1-inch pinwheels. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

Making in Advance: Assemble the rolls and chill them in plastic wrap for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Chilling helps the filling set, making slicing clean and easy. Slice just before serving.
Using Canned Chicken: You can use canned chicken, but drain it well and pat it dry first. Rotisserie or leftover baked chicken gives a better texture and flavor.
Ranch Substitutes: If you’re not a ranch fan, swap it for sour cream mixed with a pinch of garlic powder, or use your favorite creamy dressing.
