Bright, citrusy, and endlessly festive, these Champagne Margaritas bring together fresh lime, a hint of orange, and bubbly brut for the kind of celebratory sip you will want at every party.

Ingredients

  • cup 80 mL fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons 30 mL Maple-Flavored Syrup
  • ¾ teaspoon orange extract
  • ¾ cup 6 oz silver tequila
  • 3 cups 24 oz Brut champagne
  • 20 ounces ice cubes
  • 1 small lime cut into wedges
  • Coarse salt

Instructions

  • Add lime juice, Maple-Flavored Syrup, orange extract, tequila, champagne, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender. Alternatively, if you prefer to have your margaritas “on the rocks,” add ingredients to a large pitcher and, using a spoon, stir well.
  • Run lime wedges around the rim of champagne flutes before dipping rims in coarse salt.
  • Pour margarita mixture into champagne flutes and garnish with lime wedges.

Notes

Champagne Lowest In Carbs: Brut Nature champagne contains the lowest carb content per serving. This recipe was developed using Brut champagne, which has a slightly higher, yet still low, carb content per serving. Other low-carb champagnes would include Extra Brut, Extra Dry, Dry, and Demi-Sec.
