Champagne Margaritas
Bright, citrusy, and endlessly festive, these Champagne Margaritas bring together fresh lime, a hint of orange, and bubbly brut for the kind of celebratory sip you will want at every party.

- ⅓ cup 80 mL fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons 30 mL Maple-Flavored Syrup
- ¾ teaspoon orange extract
- ¾ cup 6 oz silver tequila
- 3 cups 24 oz Brut champagne
- 20 ounces ice cubes
- 1 small lime cut into wedges
- Coarse salt
Add lime juice, Maple-Flavored Syrup, orange extract, tequila, champagne, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender. Alternatively, if you prefer to have your margaritas “on the rocks,” add ingredients to a large pitcher and, using a spoon, stir well.
Run lime wedges around the rim of champagne flutes before dipping rims in coarse salt.
Pour margarita mixture into champagne flutes and garnish with lime wedges.
