Sausage Stuffed

Ingredients

Mushrooms Vinegar Avocado Oil Italian Sausage Cream Cheese Breadcrumbs Parmesan Cheese Garlic Parsley Salt Pepper

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

Transfer the mushroom caps to a large mixing bowl and toss with vinegar and oil.

To a large skillet, add the ground sausage and cook until it's browned and cooked through, breaking into small pieces as it cooks.

While the sausage is cooking, finely chop the mushroom stems.

Once the sausage is cooked, use a paper towel to blot away any excess grease or transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate.

Add the sausage filling ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix everything until it reaches the consistency of stuffing.

Stuff the mushroom caps generously with the sausage mixture and transfer to the baking pan.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden brown on top.

Let the mushrooms cool for a few minutes before serving.
