Avocado Oil Chicken Thighs Coconut Aminos Fish Sauce Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener Garlic Powder Ground Ginger Pepper Xanthan Gum Sesame Seeds Parsley

Cook chicken until outside is golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, flipping once.

Prepare sauce by mixing together coconut aminos, fish sauce, monk fruit sweetener, garlic powder, ginger, and pepper.

Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and set aside.

Scrape up browned bits from bottom of pan then pour in the sauce mixture and bring to a simmer. Stir in xanthan gum until a sauce forms.

Transfer cooked chicken back to pan then stir to coat the chicken in the sauce before removing pan from heat.

Serve alongside or on top of your choice of vegetable.
