Using a vegetable peeler, slice asparagus into thin strips.
Cook bacon slices until crispy.
Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to de-grease. Do not discard grease. Set aside.
In the same pan, cook minced garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and cream cheese and cook until the cream cheese has melted, stirring frequently and breaking up cream cheese with back of rubber spatula as it melts.
In a separate hot, oiled pan, cook asparagus noodles until tender, tossing once or twice with a tongs.
While the asparagus noodles cook, crumble the cooked bacon.
Transfer the cooked asparagus noodles to plates, spoon the sauce atop the noodles, and garnish with crispy bacon and grated or shredded Parmesan.
