Description

These Everything Bagel Mini Pepper Boats are so easy to make, require only 5 ingredients, and yield a perfect low-carb snack or appetizer option. They are gluten-free, keto-friendly, and delicious!

  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to de-grease, then crumble into pieces.
  2. Slice peppers in half lengthwise and de-seed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and 1 tbsp seasoning. Spoon and flatten mixture into each individual pepper. Sprinkle on remaining 1 tsp seasoning and crumbled bacon.
