Who is Sara?

Sara Nelson is the food blogger behind realbalanced.com, a site dedicated to sharing easy & balanced recipes.

Since 2017, Sara has shared delicious, nutritious, and allergy-friendly recipes with her blog readers and social media followers.
In early 2018, she was diagnosed with life-threatening peanut and tree nut allergies and, since then, has worked to develop and share nut-free recipes.

Sara lives in Wisconsin with her husband, their children, and Boston terrier.
