Description

These Tajin Cucumber Boats With Lime Juice are low-carb, keto-friendly, gluten-free, and can easily be made dairy-free! They are light, refreshing, full of flavor, and can be made in only 5 minutes. Cucumber boats can be served as an appetizer or snack with minimal prep work.

  1. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, de-seed cucumber and then blot both sides dry with paper towel.
  2. Spread on cream cheese and mashed avocado. Sprinkle on Everything Bagel Seasoning and Tajín before adding a squeeze of lime juice.
