Description

These Chive And Onion Cream Cheese Cucumber Boats are a delicious cucumber snack recipe featuring cream cheese, avocado, mustard, bacon bits, and Everything Bagel seasoning that can be made in just 10 minutes. They are low-carb, keto-friendly, and can easily be made dairy-free. Cucumber boats are refreshing, flavorful, and require minimal time and effort in the kitchen.

  1. If using pre-cooked bacon, reheat in the microwave until crisp, then crumble. (If using raw bacon, cook on the stovetop until crisp, then crumble.)
  2. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, de-seed cucumber and then blot both sides dry with paper towel.
  3. Spread on cream cheese, stone-ground mustard, and mashed avocado. Sprinkle on crumbled bacon then Everything Bagel Seasoning.
